Quick start: set up your Cash on Delivery fee

Limiting COD
Offer COD only in specific countries
Show COD only for one country (or a list) and hide it everywhere else — e.g. COD only in Pakistan, or only in Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro.
Limit COD by state, city, pin code, or postal prefix
Show or hide Cash on Delivery by state/province, city, exact pin/zip codes, or prefix rules — e.g. block Sicily by CAP prefixes or high-RTO Indian pin codes.
Set a minimum or maximum order value for COD
Allow Cash on Delivery only between a minimum and maximum order total — e.g. COD only up to 5,000, or only above 300.
Disable COD for specific products or collections
Hide Cash on Delivery when the cart contains particular products, collections, product tags, or SKUs — e.g. no COD for artwork or preorder items.
Hide COD when a discount or gift card is applied
Remove the Cash on Delivery option when the order has a discount applied — and what happens with gift cards (Shopify handles that natively).
Block COD for specific customers (or allow it only for trusted ones)
Use customer tags to block Cash on Delivery for customers who refused parcels before — or offer COD only to trusted, tagged customers.
